For me, I think there is one reason why all of us are so attracted in using Twitter than the other social media sites. It is simply because the Twitter user interface was so simple, and pretty much easier than Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus and the rising Pinterest. Do you know how many members are already on Twitter right now? Especially for those people with multiple accounts on their possession like no other?
For me, I think Twitter has reached around 100 million users from all around the world. I know that Facebook was having millions of members as well, but their user interface is not really that simple. In Facebook, we just have to create a Facebook fan page, a Facebook group, investing money to buy Facebook ads, develop Facebook applications and a whole lot more. But on Twitter, we just have to tweet something on what we are actually doing right now. As of today, there are so many celebrities and sports icons who are already using Twitter everyday, instead of Facebook.
Another thing that really makes us attracted is their mobile feature. When using the Twitter social media portal on our own mobile phone, it was simple enough for us to tweet through it. As long the mobile phone has WiFi or GPRS access, we can use Twitter to tweet something about anything that you do in the recent times. Like for example, if you are in a mall hanging out with your own friends, all you have to do is simply access Twitter on your mobile phone, and write your own tweet there. Pretty simple, huh? Same thing goes to Facebook, but not really as much simpler as Twitter.
